"Scotland
in Miniature" became the backdrop for the inaugural Arran Rock ‘n Blues
in 2018 and has grown into a two-day festival with a large marquee
stage situated on Lamlash Green alongside live music in The Pierhead
Tavern, Shore Road, Lamlash. A varied marketplace of local artisans
& Arran produce, including Arran Whisky & Arran Gin, will be
situated close to the marquee.

Scottish broadcaster and BBC Radio Scotland presenter John Beattie will
be our compare this year; the John Beattie Band will also be performing.
The Line-up (may be subject to change – check our website for
announcements of bands & details or follow us on Facebook). Jam
sessions for other musicians will be run on both days at The Pierhead
Tavern.

Alcohol
No alcohol or glass can be brought into the festival site. Arran is
aiming to be a plastic free island, therefore reusable souvenir cups
will be available to purchase. We will happily accept other festival
reusable cups in our aim to reduce plastic waste.
Seating
Seating will not be provided in the marquee due to the limited capacity
of 600. A limited number of portable chairs will be allowed within the
marquee for those with disabilities. Everyone is welcome to bring chairs
to sit in the food area & the green outside the marquee.
Merchandising Festival Tee-shirts will be available to buy through our
website or at the festival. Band merchandising is also welcome.
